We proudly present our new villa; Perla. This stylish villa in Marbella is modernly decorated and is the perfect accommodation to celebrate your vacation with family and/or friends. Even small-scale events are possible in this villa by appointment and against payment to make a great experience possible.

As you can see from the pictures, the living room is decorated with an eye for design. There is a smart TV in the living room with all digital channels and worldwide coverage which can also be found in the master bedroom. Here you can enjoy any channel you would like to watch together with friends or family on the large and comfortable sofa.
This villa uses the sonos surround system, which is installed in the living room, terrace, master bedroom and even the gym. This allows you to always listen to your favorite music in the different areas of the villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality utensils and crockery. The refrigerator has the option to make ice cubes for cold drinks, there is an airfyer and there is even a plate warmer to give you dinner an optimal experience. The faucet offers double filtered water allowing you to drink pure water from the tap.

The large garden is perfectly maintained as can be seen by the grass and in the sunny days you can enjoy the clean pool or the lovely wide sun loungers. There is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off and the garden offers privacy as there is no view from the neighbors.
In the colder days you can use the 2 heaters on the terrace to still stay warm while sitting outside. There is also the possibility to take down the roller decks on the terrace giving you an extra space for a small party, for example.

On the balcony next to the master bedroom there is a beautiful Mediterranean lounge set where you can enjoy the view. There is also a 6 person jacuzzi where you can relax during the day or in the lovely evenings.
Downstairs there is a widely equipped and clean gym with mood lighting and sonos sound system to enjoy working out. You will also find a sauna that you can soak in for a charge and an ice bath to freshen up. There is a washer and dryer to wash your clothes and a professional vacuum cleaner.

Attention: If you arrive later than 20.00, the key will be in a local key locker. Minimum required age of guests is 30.
