- Timetable from 10:30 to 16:30, Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.
- Permanent contract of 30 hours per week.

Maintenance staff
- With experience in house, flat, and/or hotel maintenance work.
- Experience required and verifiable. Plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry.
- With a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Timetable from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday with two days off per week.
- Full-time permanent contract.
- Overtime is paid according to Agreement.
- Payment for the use of a personal car.
- Familiar and pleasant working environment.
- Own car and driving license required.
