This document develops the Privacy Policy of this website, giving information about which personal data may be processed by VIVI HOLIDAY HOMES S.L. (hereinafter, "ViVi Homes") as Data Controller.

Although they do not have access to your information, it is hosted on their platform and as a matter of transparency, we disclose this information. Such partner is based in the United States of America, and the data is transferred on the basis of the Commission Implementing Decision of 10.07.2023, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Council on the adequate level of protection of personal data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

ViVi Homes has implemented sufficient legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Therefore, we periodically review our systems to prevent any unlawful or unauthorized access, as well as to prevent any loss, accidental destruction, illegal or unauthorized disclosure and any other type of damage, both accidental and unlawful.
