Welcome to Villa Alpetona, a lovely 3-bedroom holiday villa in the peaceful area of La Cala de Mijas on the beautiful Costa del Sol. This villa combines modern comfort with traditional Spanish style, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
Villa Alpetona has three large bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for up to six guests. The kitchen is fully updated with everything you need for cooking. The villa also has a private pool, great for cooling off in the warm Andalusian sun, and a carport for secure parking.

The beautiful beaches of Mijas Costa are just a 20-minute walk away, where you can relax on the sandy shore or enjoy water sports. If you are more of a golfer, there are multiple golfcourses within a 5 minute drive, with Cabopino Golf being the closest 18 hole golf course. Not in the mood for a full 18 holes? There's a driving range and a 9-hole golf course just 700 meters from the villa, perfect for a shorter golf session.
Several supermarkets are nearby, with the closest just 1km from the villa, making it easy to buy groceries. The area around Mijas Costa has many restaurants, tapas bars, and cafes offering traditional Spanish food and international dishes, all close to the villa. For those who want to stay active, a gym is just 200 meters away, where you can work out and even play padel.
