Home Health Check:
THE MANAGEMENT shall conduct a quarterly Home Health Check, providing a detailed report on the property's condition. This includes opening doors, windows, and water taps, check for leaks and fumes, and possibly insects. THE MANAGEMENT will check and make sure that everything works such as electrical equipment, television channels, internet, lighting, etc. THE MANAGEMENT checks the air- conditioning (heating/cooling) and the hot water settings.
THE MANAGEMENT will fill the inventory where necessary with wine glasses, coffee cups, and other items that should be stocked for the guests. Small replacements (unit cost under €5,-) are covered by THE MANAGEMENT.
Online Presence & Findability:
THE MANAGEMENT will manage the property's digital presence to ensure visibility, bookings, and detailed monthly insights and administration to ensure a smooth management overview for the homeowner.
Secure Key Holding:
THE MANAGEMENT will securely hold keys for quick property visits and facilitate key pick-ups at the office (if needed) for friends and family. This service is included in the Property Management Subscription.
Damage Control:
In case of damage, THE MANAGEMENT will promptly inform THE PROPERTY, obtain quotations, oversee repairs, and manage communication with relevant parties. *This service is only available on hourly basis whenever the situation requires and is not included in the monthly payment.
