This service is very suitable for the homeowner who rents out his house on a small scale. For example, when you rent the house to friends and family, or on a small scale online.
We recommend that you combine this service with our Check-up Service to ensure that the property is in perfect condition in the interim.
Guest Reception
ViVi Homes arranges key collection between 8.00 and 20.00. Outside these times:
- €25 for check-in from 20:00 to 24:00
- €35 for check-in after midnight till 8:00
Cleaning and Inventory Check*
We provide one thorough cleaning including linen and bedding change. This cleaning leaves the house gleaming as if it were new, your guests will be delighted to arrive at their holiday home. We will do an inventory check for you, damage or missing items will be reported directly, we will do this according to the inventory list.
