This beautiful house has a great location on an elevated piece of land, giving you stunning sea views. Despite this position, it is only a 1-minute walk to the first bar/supermarket, 3 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes to restaurants and stores.
The house is elegantly decorated with attention to detail and features a built-in air conditioning system that also heats in winter, a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with all channels. Super-fast Wi-Fi allows you to watch Netflix and YouTube.
It also has a smart ViVi Smart Lock, so you can open the front door with a PIN code. Guests can enjoy the pool, children's pool, well-equipped gym and sauna in the urbanization and private parking.
Attention: If not a family holiday, the minimum required age of guests is 30. There can be building noise outside, please consult us.
