This home is equipped with a cool gadget which makes it a Smart Home. With the ViVi Smart Lock, you won’t need a key for the front door, as you can open the door with a pin code.
This secure housing complex also offers a sports club and sauna. In addition, it has three community pools. One big pool to swim lanes, one recreative adult pool, and one kid's pool.
The walk to the sea is down the mountain, the Uber back to the home is around €3-4. The living room has a comfortable sleeping couch suitable for 1 person.
Attention: If not a family holiday, the minimum required age of guests is 30. There can be building noise outside, please consult us.
