The big terrace has got a place for everyone, it has a dining area, lounge, and coffee corner with the morning Sun. The terrace can be closed off during windy or cold periods to create a larger living area and open when the sun is out. Terrace heating is available, and also a great BBQ!
The urbanization has a luxury sports club where you can freely enjoy the gym and all its facilities. There are also padel courts and basketball. The lovely community pool has a beach bar and restaurant, and it is just a 2-minute walk from your home.
Attention: If not a family holiday, the minimum required age of guests is 30. There can be building noise outside, please consult us.
